After having cattle dump too much loose mineral out of crystalyx barrels I've attempted to solve the problem. I cut the sidewalls out of scrap 24.5 truck tires and wired them onto the barrels. Sawsall worked to cut out the sidewalls after opening them up with the angle grinder. Punched the drums in 4 places with a sharp spike and drilled the sidewalls to match. Then wired them together with #9. So far they seem to be tip proof.
