Speculation is speculation Don, has really nothing to do with an individuals want to farm. If you want to farm or ranch and live in an area where any of your reasons causes the land to increase in value, move and ranch on a place that does not cost as much. It's all about each persons choice and preference. After all life situations are all dreams and like some folks say, be careful what you dream about. If you don't like the dream that you are creating, wake up and then dream something else. If you like it, stick with it and dream of more --- good things.---
