New labelling program for meat in store. Not sure what to think. If the more predominant chains start this as well - all i can see unfortunately is more costs for me. Not sure if the extra value can be extracted from providing this info to the market. I guess if you provide the info and get paid its good. I dont know....

We were in a grocery store in London, and the farmer's name and town were right on the label. This was chicken, and could have been a co-op/marketing angle, so I don't know how widespread it is.
