Contented cows give more milk or probably put on more pounds if not milking. I'm sure there are many ways to enhance cows contentment. This guy might be on to one of them. I don't think it has anything to do with energy transfer. Rather better use of existing energy.
The guy in the hat didn't look like a dairy producer!
