I for one, have never been thrilled by all of these "border openings" and "free trade " arrangements.
It is more about "perceptions" than reality, I don't think our guys are really that smart......the other guys signing are doing it for their own reasons....
Just my opinion....

Don't forget that just because the U.S. Signs a free trade agreement, that doesn't mean in any way that they will honour it.
