    Government

Just who is gov? We all like to blame gov. But we chance political partys they change ministers and nothing seems to change sure some supporters get paid off for being faithful but the theme keeps on moving in a general direction.
Take for instance the gun control bill it was brought in by liberals and it just kept on adding more restrictions until it is suposidly gone , but I still have more restrictions than I had before Did gov?? do this or the money men that seem to control our country and lives.

Government is the group of people with the authority to govern a country. Includes the legislative, executive and judicial branches.

The general tone doesn't change in the day to day between governments because the executive branch develops bureaucracies to implement the wishes of the legislative branch. After a change of members (after an election), if the new legislative branch does not develop new legislation to deal with certain issues, the bureaucracy continues operating under its previous mandate.

So in the case of the gun control legislation, the Tories legislated an end to the registration of firearms, but not the need for a PAL. Therefore, the bureaucracy discontinues its requirement for registration, but continues the need for PAL's, following the instructions of the current legislation and the wishes of the legislative branch.

People complain about the bureaucracies in a country, but all it represents is a body of individuals hired by the government to implement the desired legislation. Instead, complain about the people who requested that particular legislation to be created.

Case-in-point, most people hate the bureaucracy revolving around the AgriStability, AgriInvest, etc. programs. Don't blame the bureaucracy. Blame the people who asked for it to exist (typically those who may benefit from it's creation). If a sizable majority of agricultural producers said that they do not want any income stabilization/security programs whatsoever, the legislation for such programs would be struck down in the House and the bureaucracy for those programs would not exist.

Who gives governments there marching orders...
Bilderberg attendees meeting in seclusion with
        government representatives, planning the
        common peoples' future.

        Official website.

Allison Redford attended 2012 mtg spent
$180000 dollars over 4 days, and provided
Alberta tax payers two sentences of info regarding
        the meeting.

The people can't keep up with the amount of
legislation being pushed through all governments,
so they throw up their hands and muddle on. It
costs money to fight back, and they have all the
money. They being the bankers that pull the
        puppets' strings.
