The rendered carcasses that posse the most danger is sheep.
Countries that has the most sheep are the countries with the most mad cow problems. There sheep have scappes and when these sheep are made into feed that is what is believed to case the mad cow. In Canada none of our sheep have scappes, plus their is not that many sheep in Canada, so this is way the possiblity of more mad cow in Canada is so very small.

The countries with the Mad Cow outbreaks feed their sheep to cows....we don't do that right????

In the old days 1800's the farmers/ranchers would not even let there cattle be in the same stockyard as the sheep. I guess they new way back then that there was a problem, but every one just keep it quiet. Even the tv made movies about the sheep farmers and the cattle ranchers. I guess you can guess wait happened to the sheep. And now they are intuducing wolfs back to the yellow stone area.
