Allfarmer, i went to the Bison sale as it was only about 10 Minutes from Home If i was set up for Bison i would have bought some The bred heifers sold for 1350.- and the bred cows anywhere from 875.- to 950.- The bulls sold for 1150.- Did not stay to watch all bulls sell. I dont know why the prices wer'nt any better. maybe because they sold in Liner Loads? Seeing that a finished Bison under thirty Months brings anywhere from 3.50 to 3.80 hot hanging weight i think my Neighbour left a lot of Money on the Table.

Allfarmer, I am glad you are a farmer or you
wouldnt be on Agriville. My mother is in a seniors
home. The Phillipine care providers are
awesome, a Ukrainian girl too. At McDonalds I
stop for morning coffee and before long, they all
know me and if I miss, they wonder where Ive
been. We are so lucky and we are so pleased.
One little tip for new year, go to the theatre and
see 'Parental Guidance'. You will be glad you did.

          Thanks Farmerboy for the post

Ya I would have thought prices would have been
          higher than that.

Looks like livestock and grain markets are softer.

Thanks Sumdumguy I enjoy your posts also.

Glad to hear your mom is getting great care. My
dad was in several long term care facilities over
the past 4 years and most were very good but
            certainly not all.
