I just wanted to apologize to everyone for the views I expressed about Canada in the discussions with GLTUSA.I am not sorry for having the views but am sorry for posting them here.I know it is not the appropriate place for such discussion.I will from now on keep my discussions relavent to the room I am in.Sorry if I offended anyone.

Countryguy: Like you were not out of line! No need to apologize! I doubt you offended many here.
Western alienation is not a bad thing! We have been getting the shaft for a long time and it is a good thing to express our discontent. I hope you realize that most of the garbage we get from Canada doesn't come from the average people in Ontario, Quebec and the east? It is the powererful elite that runs this country and their pawns the politicians. Your farmer in Ontario or Quebec is no different than you or I! They showed that very clearly last year when we were facing a disaster drought!
Now I have been a separatist all my life! Not because I hate the people down east but because the chips are stacked against us and we can never win in Canada. I'm sick of having a federal government that continues to treat us like a colony. They won't do the things they need to do to keep us happy! Like a triple E senate for example?

countryguy the discussions we have in here are open, your views, my views and everyone else’s are things that form the basis of whatever system we are working in across Canada! When all of our views showing the challenges in the system, YOU and I and everyone else that has a stake in the industry really need to work on making the system better! How could we possibly do that if we don't discuss it! The biggest challenge we are faced with in our industry today is all the people that say they speak for the industry but never seem to listen to the industry!!! What's that all about??? In these forums we get to the grass roots, we have people that have been in agriculture all their lives, young people starting out, business people and those that have an interest. Who better to make the changes we need. Who better to make our system work for the "Grass Roots"!

As for your apology, well on my side it is accepted, (since you obviously have felt bad about something you said)! Even though I encourage you to be you, I encourage your feed back and your open views, I encourage you to stand for something rather than fall for anything!
