    CAISP?

I'm still a little foggy on this one. Is it in effect for this year(2003) or does it start next year? My accountant sent out some stuff for me to fill out before the end of the year but it sort of seems it doesn't kick in until next year? And if it doesn't kick in is FIDP still in effect for 2003?
He also informed me I need to contribute some money to NISA as I guess it is still in effect, although he says I need to start cashing it out next year.
And what happened to the $600 million transition fund? I read somewhere they were going to deposit the same amount as last year into NISA, and you didn't need to do anything. I've never got a notice that they put anymore money in my NISA account, so I guess I'll have to check.
Obviously doing this garbage is not one of my favorite activities!

The new program is supposed to be in effect for 2003. Your transition cheque is supposed to be in the mail. They are mailed directly to the farmer. I know some have got them already but I haven't yet.

COWMAN, it pains me to tell you, so close to the festive season, that if you don't like programs so far, you could really have a great time jumping through hoops with this new one. Everything will be valued at Dec. 31 on the accrual (a cruel) basis. They tell us even animal weights and values thereof. But it looks like it should pay out for cattle wreck! Anyway forget about it for a few more days and enjoy just being a part of a great society where all our missiles come in the mail in poor policy, or jibes on Agriville. 'MERRY CHRISTMAS' boone
