    Federal cull program

    What has happened to it? do you need to apply for it, if so when is the deadline? I looked at the Feds website and can't find any reference to it.

    I have been wondering the same thing until a couple days ago when I got a letter from Manitoba Crop Insurance with a form included for the "Manitoba Cull Animal Program(MCAP)" and "Canada Cull Animal Program(CCAP)". In the letter, they state: "Details of the Canada Cull Animal Program (CCAP) are still being finalized. The same registration form will be used for the Canada and Manitoba programs." The deadline for the provinicial program seems to be February 2nd, 2004. (not much of a time span)
