    Anthrax

    On the news tonight it was reported that a farm near Nielburg, SK is quarantined because of Anthrax. What effect is this going to have on the markets?

    Probably none. Southeast Manitoba gets it every once in a while. It's soil born, so I'm surprised it's showed up this time of year, though.

    Here they quarantine the herd, then vaccinate the other animals. It's devastating when it happens to you, but it hasn't hurt the markets here the last couple of times it's happened.
