    On Friday Bob Speller was quoted saying that the feds have previously announced $500 million in BSE aid plus another $120 million for the cull cow program.Have any of you heard what the $500 million is for? Or WHO it is for?

    Well I believe it was for the feedlots and the packing houses. Or in reality for the packing houses! As they promptly lowered the prices to pick up the feedlots share.
