NISA did finally open up to cattle farmers in AB, but at a time when money to feed cows during a drought was more important than money to join a program with little if any potential benefit (ie there was none - money that is). And we only partly filled the forms, too. But when they called us they said you're eligible for the partial payment, but we're not giving it to you until you submit your taxes, supplementary forms, and anything else we can dream up. To me that just doesn't even make any sense! Anybody from AB and not in NISA see any advance CAIS money?

I think after seeing the news and old Ralph running out of the room after questions on where the money actually went, shows you his frustration on the whole issue. He should be now understanding that his people have not been giving him all the info. To bad that one will cost him big with any Ralph supporters!
F.A.R.T is looking better all the time! Call agriculture money agriculture money and call the rest, business support for packers and above????
