Money question?

I see the cheque finally arrived from the Feds for that $80.00. Now I wasn't expecting the full eighty dollars but I was expecting 70% which by my math works out to $56.00. But when the cheque arrived it looks like they only sent $49.00. I was just wondering if they made a mistake on mine or are they sending this amount to everyone?

How long ago did you guys send your application form in for feeders? Another question has everyone received their cull cow payment yet? Thinking I should phone to see what's up since I hear people have got some funds from that program.

blackjack: I sent my application in about four or five days after Martin made the announcement, I'm not just sure on the date but it was the first day that the application was available online. On the cull cow cheques, in Manitoba we recieved $100.00 from the Manitoba government but no sign of the federal share as of yet. I have to tell you that feeder cheque yesterday was much appreciated and needed.

Our local ag office says they are starting to print the federal cheques this week. Should be here soon.

Thanks Kato! That's the best news I've had this week. Finances so tight around this outfit it makes a Scotsman look like a big-spender.
The BC govt share for culls came last winter, just got another request for more info from the beloved WFIP, and still waiting on CAISP application.
Sure hope things turn around soon. If the border restrictions don't ease and we get another drought up here, I'll be bankrupt unless the FCC skips cow payments again. Ah, ain't I just the little ray of sunshine?
