If you have too much rain, send some to NE Alberta! Have not seen any since the 20 of May, (23 mm) and need some more! Grasshoppers have shown up here in the past week. Just a bit larger than a mosquito right now, but they're definetly here!

Bombay, it's too bad we couldn't send some where it is needed. Even with all the rain that we've gotten here in Central Alberta, it sounds like it is hit and miss because there are producers around Olds who say that they need it badly as most of what the rest of us have gotten has missed them.

I for one am not going to say we've had enough - far from it. We need so much to bring us back up to a decent water table. We'll definitely take what we've got and it's nice to see the pastures coming so well. In my area, at least for now, the grasshoppers seem to have been stopped by the cold and the wet - thank goodness for that.

Here's hoping and fingers crossed that you get some of what is supposed to be coming in the next few days.
