    What's the matter with our Alberta government... do they not know where XL packers are located... I would assume there would be some dead cows there to test...

    Even the illusion of dragging our feet will hurt us.

    Manitoba cut a deal with Rothsay to pick up dead cows no charge to the producer and filled our quota in no time flat.

    Does the Alberta government have no money?

    Besides, to blame this on the producers is pretty cold. Shows a real feel for the way things really are doesn't it? (sarcasm intended)
