    Compensation for water access/mudspreading

    What have my fellow producers been getting? Is there alot of throat slashing elsewhere or are all neighbors working together to set rates in an area?

    access to water 2000 to 2400
    land spread 800 to 1000

      Conventional wells(in that 1800 meter range) water access $1600
      Methane wells-about $800-$1000
      Spreading mud-$500-$800
      In my area if you try to go much higher the oil company will just go get subsidized municipal water. Some farmers have no clue what to ask for...I've heard lots of wells that pay well under a $1000 for a conventional well. It all depends on the engineer.
