Am I retarded,or is there some corelation between holidays and BSE tests.
May 20th- just before Victoria Day/Memorial Day(May long weekend)
The Wanham Cow.

June 28/29- just before Canada Day/Indepenence Day.
2 false positives in the US.

Dec 23rd- just before Christmas.
The Washington cow.

Nov 18- just before US Thanksgiving.
False positive in the US.
