    Seminar you might find interesting

Not sure if this is allowed the moderators will delete this if it isn't. The producers who are on here might find some benefits to their operations in a seminar Wild Rose Agricultural Producers is holding in Nisku on Jan 6th. More Policy than production but I think after the last 19th months you may agree production ain't going to help with policies are against you. Of real interest to all might be a chance to listen to and perhap meet Laurent Pellerin. President of the UPA from Quebec. Yup the same group thats got the .42 floor price in place there. If you're interested take a look at the rest of the speakers at wrap.ab.ca for cost and registration info. or call 1-888-616-6530.
Thanks for the consideration and I enjoy the conversations and insight that goes on in here.

    Thanks WRAPper - and welcome.

It doesn't hurt to be told about the various seminars and things because we can't (and don't) all hear about them and its great when people share the information.

People might find the person from UPA a real eye-opener. I know I did when I first heard about the group and what they can and do accomplish.

Just an update on the seminar. As of today both federal and provincial ministers of agriculture are confirmed as coming and speaking at this day. Of course with ministers unless they are standing there you're never fully sure they are coming but here's your chance to see them both in action. Seminar registrations are limited though and as of today are over 100 registered.
