    Anyone who wouldn't look after cattle or any other animal in this type of weather should be reported. People like that are the ones that animal rights groups use to tar all the rest of us.

        When the urban public see animals that aren't being cared for properly, they assume that all cattle producers are cruel, and only in the business for the bucks, with no thought to the welfare of the animals.

          As long as there is feed on the premise the fellow cant be charged.
          Besides what auction or for that matter producers dont try to make a $ however they can if it wasnt for that the mad cow never would have been found. And if it wasnt for gov bungling he wouldnt be able to do what he is doing.
