    exactly cowman, Environmental Farm Plan is a case in point. Voluntary and those that are completing it are likely going to be in the good books with their banker, plus have a better idea of what environmental risks there may be in their operation. We have to adapt to change whether we like it or not.

      We did the Environment Farm Plan and personally I think it was one of the biggest wastes of time and money! Didn't cost anything but someone was paying the freight for the guy working the meetings?
      We did a few changes and I guess they should have been done anyway. Never applied for any government help as I figured filling out all the paperwork was just another make work program for some government hack!
