    mad cow in Canada?

    We keep hearing about mad cow disease in Europe.Do they really know what is causing it? What can I tell my consumer to assure them that we are doing everything to not get it.I figure a good offence is better than defence.

The basic answer is no to BSE in Canada. It is extremely unlikely, if everyone follows the law, that BSE will show up in Canada.
