The Dauphin plant?

An article in the western producer said the recent $2 checkoff plus matching provincial funds, would be used to fund the Dauphin plant...the article went on to say so far the necessary cash had not been raised to fund the plant? So where are they in construction of the Dauphin plant?
The MCPA was pretty non commital about the checkoff while a spokesman for the auction markets was fairly negative?
Also how is the plant at Spruce Grove progressing?

spoke to a relative in dauphin this morning and the word is this spring things move ahead............

I for one am against the $2 per head checkoff because it going to do no more than line the coffiers of the NDP government. Let it sink or swim on its own.
