off the topic but back to a couple of questions regarding the directors, yes the course is offered to CWB directors at no cost to them, but by the CWB (therefore producers). As I mentioned, the CWB encourages all directors to take this course, and I encourage producers to ask if their director has or will, and if they intend to fully complete the course.
Bucket, we have sales targets, if management fails to meet these targets then corrections need to be made. No debate there, the role of the CEO is to ensure his team meets the goals and strategic plan set out by the BOD.
The BOD as a whole then reacts if these are not met.
