    CWB risk guarantees

    LWeber you talked about the CWB risk guarantees if lost should be worth something to western Canadian producers.
    I am not sure what this risk guarantee is and a lot of others probably are also.
    My guess is if a CWB customer becomes unable to pay for delivered grain then the Canadian Government will make pay off the difference and become the new creditor. I am not sure, is that what it is?

      I take it the liberals already gave away the CWB risk guarantees.

      Fact: The federal government has
      already agreed, as part of WTO negotiations
      in 2004,
