Land loan timeline

Hey guys. What is your past experience in terms of getting a yes or no answer from a lender in terms of how quick do you get an answer? A week? Ten days? Three days? I'm just doing a little follow up here...

I usually buy and then phone banker to tell him the good news.. Instant approvall or kick in the nards depending on his mood.. Seriously though I have never seen anything take over 7 days if all financial info. is available to them

Ditto, lately don't need to talk to banker because allowed to overdraw checking account half a million with half over prime. Sorry cannot help you but when I did finance a large land purchase one time the registrations fee almost killed me. Try to go for ability to over draw checking account much cheaper if you can do it.
