CWB extension for sign up. Bloody Joke!

Are they just bloody idiots at the CWB. If this was a corporation every single person down to the Janitor would be let go.
Yesterday the powers that be extended the Time to sign up for Series A by a whopping wait for it 4 days. F$^#K since today is the 3 they figure all the HRS will be harvested by tomorrow night. What a bunch of Dam losers.
Enough I hate the CWB.
Looks like the window to harvest will get to next Monday then another massive storm. Do the math and pick your highest yielding fields. Also go with crops that have a value. Simply Oats isn't worth doing if you have canola out. Also HRS vs Canola. Take Canola.
Went yesterday but if we were south of Regina its way dryer.

Could be farmers are not signing up their bushels in protest of low initial prices and pros. Could there be a chance of greatly increased trucking insentives to producers who sign up on the B? And producers in the A will be screwed?

If a farmer guesses wrong how many bushels he's still got out there when signing up he's got some serious penalties to pay. I wouldn't be signing anything at this point if its not in the bin. Otherwise you could potentially loose twice, once when you don't get the crop and again when you get to write the Board a cheque.
