Funds and other speculators are massively short the USD in many ways. Many are just long various currencies versus the USD, but also they are short the USD via huge long positions in Gold, Silver, Crude Oil, Grains & Oilseeds, and many other USD denominated commodities. The USD index was pressed into new 15-month lows on Monday, but is has managed to recover fairly firmly since then. The situation may be ripe for some sort of predator fund or funds to come in and try to generate a rally in the USD, big enough to trigger panic in the myriad of massive short US positions. So far the USD firmness has not been nearly big enough to do that, but if it can show some further strength we could start to trigger some money movement, and the market action could be quite extreme due to the whole world leaning so heavily in one direction on the USD.

Ive got that eyeballed to hit about 67 before the next resenable rally up.
