The CWB has already trumped the natives. (R. v. Frank, 1999)

    Harley Frank tried everything:
    Aboriginal rights
    Treaty rights
    Indian Act conflict
    Charter of Rights
    Taxes

But he lost them all. Guilty of crossing the border without an export licence.

        Saskfarmer..... good info

You can take off the machinery costs as CNH is a major shareholder. AgGrowth is supplying the bins, augers etc. They are wanting to "Showcase" their equipment and they will make their money back by charging the rest of us another 20% for our parts. No land taxes as its mostly all First Nations land........(they don't pay tax). I am sure there are other cost we can take off.

As far as inputs they won't be dealing with the co-ops and Viagras, they will be dealing direct with the manufacturers. Let them come out and service the field scouting and after hours servicing.

I think as farmers who deal with CIH and their suppliers better tell them who got them to their high (us) and when this group fails we wont be their to pick up the pieces. This is a sick group who think were in Brazil and its not.

Hey if CNH or aggrowth gives them a special deal they can count me out as one of their future customers. This deal has corruption written all over it. We all know most of over first nation leaders are corrupt, lazy and looking for a cheap handout.... This idea is going to cost the rest of consumers millions.

Who is the CIH supplier, that is the next question, and farmers should be pst at this whole process.
