So where is the best place to sell this burning canola?

Milligan is way out to lunch. Bunge best I know of but not sure you can deliver into this crop year anymore. I hear some farmers put it on the bottom of the load and take it to ADM, where they do not probe that far down. I don't understand why they have not caught on yet I hear of farmers doing that every year to them.
It must hurt our prices when burnt canola is showing up to the buyers of our canola I mean consumers.

If the canola is crushed they probably never notice it. And there is probably enough good stuff coming in that it can be easily blended off. No different than green counts.

Look at what they do with that huge pile of rotten corn down south.

Know where you are hauling in order to hide shit on the slides properly.

Never should a farmer feel bad about doing that considering the tookage (dockage shrink etc)elevators are allowed compared to international specs. Remember the deer poop incident - that shit was put on top of the boat as they were allowed so much dockage and they threw it in. Remember, a farmer had been charged to clean the grain.

Jeez you put heated canola into a crush and not know the difference? Perhaps you have not smelt heated canola before. At ADM the trucker unloads while the weigh scale man sits in his cushy white hut. They don't give a rats ass about their company. They think it heats in their own storage.

Bunge does have the best pricing but it has to be dry. If you have tough stuff, it is still heating worse so get it dry. At least then you can buy yourself a little time...not that there will be much good left in it by now...

Got it dry now. I hated that job. You know it started heat on the bottom of the bin. When looking in the top I was totally unaware.

Sorry to hear about your binfull Hopper; Some Dairy guys may be interested or should be; canola even 50% heated makes a great feed supplement.High energy, high protien etc. We have used it many times in the past with amazing results. We are no longer in the Dairy but beef or dairy feed supplements are darn pricey and most guys will look at alternatives.

Thanks I will check that out it is below the 10 percent heated. So not sure if dairy can afford to pay for it yet.
