    Flax Something smells fishy!

    This flax thing bugs me, Viagra is pushing seed and wants all back. Hm as farmers are we loosing out, you bet Viagra will make on seed plus the chem plus the crop. Farmer will loose in over costs etc. Again Ag in Canada pure BS. Then trust a seed grower. Maybe three in whole lot are trust worthy the rest give me a break. Seed companies come on they are just loving this how they can get in on the game with huge gains for them just by pushing with BS answers their agenda. And believe me their is a agenda here at work. Get farmers to be like USA buy buy buy all their seed from one supplier, they want us buy the balls boys and i think their starting to squeeze. Farmers -10 suppliers 10 and gaining every single day. Have fun! keep pushing them and asking questions.

    Grow your own seed. My father grew his own seed, cleaned his own seed and seeded his own seed and never had any problem.

    If you want all of these "miracle" varieties, then bloody well jump through the hoops of the seed and chemical companies. That's why they control YOU because YOU and other farmers ceded your control long ago.

    Don't blame the seed companies...blame yourself.

      Ever notice how you can't sell anything at an elevator without signing a contract. Its been some years since anyone showed up on a driveway and dumped a load whenevre there was room. Those contracts today give the seller the opportunity to run off standard forms and insert any condition beneficial to the sellers interests; and you don't see many blank lines for the coditions the farmer may wish to negotiate before both parties say yes we have a deal.

        Oneoff;

        Good point... if you do not like the services they provide... do it yourself! Fill a container! Send a truck south. If the CDN handler does not provide value to your farm... use a US EU or someone else in the global community!
