Just back and got checks for Malt Barley, It got me to thinking, what the hell is going on with this over delivery and who wins. Seems the Farmer if he is one kernel over his contract has to sell it at feed price on that day. Hm Deliver 25000 bushel and over 220 Get paid shit all for. But wait the elevator says its the CWB rules. Hm do you honestly think the barley went into a separate bin and was sold as feed. BS it went in cars with the rest so who won. THE CWB or the GRAIN COMPANY, well I know one thing the farmer got screwed again and again and again. And guess what if if was short the 200 they would be crying all spring for me to deliver an extra 200 to fill my contract. Again another example how farmers get screwed again and again.

It is strictly enforced by the grain companies, who always make money by stealing from farmers. Sooooooo, due the math, grain companies stealin agin. Whats new, thats the way the markets have always operated! What about the screenings cleaned outta the grain by grain companie? They dock us fer it, then sell it to chicken, turkey and duck guys, stealin agin you might say, but thats the system, open markit at work. Theft is an ingrained way a makin it in the world of bussssness, go figure!

Grain Companies make up on it. Should have asked for the barley back, and tell them make sure its the same barley.

I haulled in 230 tonnes and the contract was for 228. I got paid malt for 228 and the other 2 tonnes was elevated into the same bin as malt and was paid feed for it. It's BS. I don't like it either but what can I do.
