Yea but from administrative point and 20 years with government the real winner our of any Liberal money was Govt Employees. Sorry Time it got down to the farm level what was promised turned in to pennies. They are the party of Smoke and Mirrors at least with the conservatives I get nothing and I know I wont get nothing.

I certainly hope so. The only ad hoc program of any significance that the Liberals ever created was the sponsorship program in Quebec.

No wonder we cannot move forward in agricultural policy, a party puts forward some ideas and before the question and answers are taken place the big let's be scared event happens. Scared of what? a party that has some ideas to move forward, maybe that is scarey to some because in the conservative years the only changes to agriculture have been cutting the already shitty programs (Liberal's Cais included) making them worse. What really might be scarey is a Conservative majority, some of the those extreme righties are just chomping at the bit to be able to cut the funding to agriculture after all that's really what they stand for isn't it no government at all, no premium assistance for crop insurance etc. why not wait and ask the question what does this mean for input regulation and get the answer first.
Neither of these parties give or will give farmers things we need, Chretien and his gang hated us and we hate them back, but the recent Liberals look like they realize there are a whole lot of seats out here being taken for granted.
The vote independance thing may have been taken as a joke by some but if we just did something like that maybe not independance party but as independants of the West we would get some action pretty quick.
So why the hell do we as saskfarmer stated votes for conservative even though he knows there is nothing for us, we are likely the only group or industry that does that, and then we wonder why no inprovements come to us?

The Liberanos can kiss my a$$,in a way this is the same b.s that JRI, Cargil and Viagra are trying despertly to control every aspect of your farm. Tell em' aall to go suck goat!! Buy from an independenet retailer if possible and sell your gain/oilseed on your plan, not theirs. They still need your garin/oilseed at the end of the day, somebody will need it!.
