Anyone been taken to court for non delivery before?

Just wondering if anyone stood up to the faceless corp? I am sure I will get a lawyer prosecuting me that has nothing to do with any conversations that have gone on.

I sold over 200 thousand worth of soft wheat word of mouth each of last few years. Price goes up I deliver, price goes down buyer takes grain and pays. My mind is simple, I sell grain and if buyer can not take delivery it is buyers problem. If I cannot supply grain it is my problem and make up difference. Wheat board contract is never in the farmer's favour. The CWB in my opinion has a heavy hand and should not be in court with me in the first place. Its a little funny. I sold grain at a price and I only ever wanted to deliver on the contract in question even though the price rose in that year. And almost 3 years to the day I still have the grain to deliver. Yet now the grain is worth 3.5 dollars per bushel and they want 2 dollars damage for not allowing me delivery. They are F***& in my opinion.

      Hopperbin,

Did you ask your MP for help?

CWB Secretary David Anderson would be my next contact up the list to make info avaliable... with a c.c. to Minister Ritz and PM Harper.

      Who is your CWB Director?

Do you think court is the only option... which court have they chosen?
