    History is likely the best guide.

    After 15 inches of rain... and very cool weather... the likelyhood it will warm up and dry up is getting better each day!

    If you don't like the weather in Alberta... wait a day... as the old saying goes!

          Tom, I'd argue that the chances of getting 16 inch's of rain is a lot greater after you've already had the first 15 inch's.

                Can anyone say for certain which wheat varieties are most susceptible to midge damage?

                As we selected varieties in the past - was wheat midge damage overlooked?

                    If we get an early frost there won't even be feed wheat because nothing will be mature.
