Wow "Drew" No more Weather Updates!

Just got Drew's latest up date. Wet then two days then wet again weekend then cold.
Hm Tues and wed Rainfall further east of a line from Coronach to Melfort will range from 13 to 35 millimeters with local totals to 40. Rain in western Manitoba will also range from 13 to 35 millimeters and locally more with most of that occurring Thursday into Friday. Oh shit why are two skunks and two raccoons and two beavers heading east down our drive way. Hm where is that ark plan again. WWW.BuildanARK.com. Oh site crashed from to much use.

Too bad you Saskatchewan boys couldn't tax the rain, the same way you tax out of province campers.

Is he Nostradamus like, a self fulfilling prophet perhaps? What if he would say "sunny and hot" till November?

At least we have campgrounds and thousands of lakes to enjoy. Hm why not tax out of province people for enjoying our land. Oh lets see Alberta no prov sales tax but last hotel bill.
150 night plus gst plus city plus county = $168.00 So enjoy our province and come back any time.

I agree, drew seems to be alot more accurate on longer term forcasting for sure. Not that I like what he is saying but it is what it is. Wounder if the trout are up yet? May be a good time to go this week. A good feed of wally's would be good too.

Drew is way more accurate because he is an actual person looking at the weather data. Environment Canada relies to much on computers to get the weather. There is no ability to adjust the forcast for weather anomolies. Computers still can not think, they only use the information that is given to them.

Also more accurate when you don't have a political agenda like global warming to promote.

I think it depends how close to a major city you are as to how accurate environment canada is. I live east of Calgary and find that environment canada is much more accurate than Drews forcast.

After getting Drews weather for 2 years I finally quit his service because he was never accuate with his local forcast. Perhaps being closer to the mountains makes it tougher to forcast, or perhaps being closer to a city of 1 million people makes the people at enviroment canada spend more time getting an accurate forecast for Calgary.
