Does anyone know of something to put under grain rings to keep the grain off the ground? It has to let moisture through.

We had ground tarps made up last year at Canadian Tarp. in Stoon. $250.00 each and you can use them several years. They are made from the plastic that they use to export lumber. 60ft by 60ft. They are allot easier to vac off than plastic. I wouldnt want to put grain on bare ground this year.

If you have to let moisture through I was just looking at a piece of geotech matting that the oilfield industry uses for wet areas. It would do want you ask for moisture going through.
Otherwise, we have used for bins that have no floors, a second life use for 9 mil plastic grain bags with a small height sand pad around the interior ring to d**** the plastic over. Set the bin down and trim the excess plastic. Works good for durum if you have a high ground sod location.
