    Combining

2000 bushels of canola averaged 16 percent, not a great drying day. Gonna try to dry it overnight so can deliver it in the morning. Funny thing after dark the combines just would not stay on top of ground. Very scary, had to pull one out. Only had a quarter inch last time but this ground just cannot handle any more moisture. Lets all prey for sunshine and a drying wind, not too much wind.

We have not been sitting on top of the ground all year.
When I see no water I think the field has dried a lot.
    Lol.

Swathing frozen canola, slippery spongy fields with water running. Drove on smf and it's 6" of slop, totally saturated since 3" downpour Sept 1st. Sickening mess.
