Sawfly...The only reason PCS grew was because as a public company with knowledgeable directors/management, it could access $ from capital markets to make its many acquisitions. If the taxpayer had owned it, do you really think that the government would/should have borrowed money and government bureaucrats would have made the same acquisitions and PCS would have been just as far ahead?
