    Will consumers pay?

    Where as most of this crop is of lower quality, due to frost (outside deseases like Fus and Ergot) and frost is more of a milling issue. It costs more to mill FR and FR/GR wheat.

    Should millers pass just pay producers less for product? This wheat WILL get milled.

    Or should we be saying NO, pass extra costs on to consumers or absorb it? Not unlike 2004 when we had huge sprout problem, producers took less consumers paid same or more for lower quality product. Comsumers still ate products, millers/bakers still milled wheat and profited at producers expense.

    Do we as producers have to carry the cost of millers extra costs TOO? Bread will still be on store shelves at aprox 64 loaves per bushell.
