    CWB WANTS YOUR DURUM!

Durum deliveries wanted! Nos. 1 and 2 CWAD
Your customers are waiting for Number 1 and 2 durum. Help us keep up with customer demand and avoid penalties at port.
Delivery calls on Nos. 1 and 2 durum are now in place and the CWB will terminate the first 25-per-cent call effective Nov. 29. The CWB is working closely with grain companies to ensure smooth movement of durum into the elevator system.
    Now here is my comments.
1 you screwed us the last few years and said you were getting us a premium for our superior product.
    2. We were penalized last august for over delivering and grain company same.
    3. Farmers sold excellent #2 and #3 for pennies because the CWB wouldnt take product.
    4. Insult us with such a low intial that its fricking sick.
    5. Take forever to get increase now want farmers to be good boys and deliver or the mighty CWB will cut off quota.
Well CWB cut off all you want till I get paid real money for my Durum you can shove your demand for last years durum up your fricking ass. Farmers are sick and tired of you so just call the dam election quit the games hand in resumes to Viagra and Pioneer and Cargil Clean out your offices and dont let the door hit you on the ass as you leave the building.

Simply you screwed the farmers for long enough now their voting with their feet. Bining it and saying the heck with the CWB and its games.

Talked to the cwb about this a few days ago. Asked them when I might get paid for last years durum and all she said was this years price is better than last years.

The cwb also, if you can believe this, rescinded an interim payment request for this crop year already. And they have the nerve to blame the government for not increasing the initial.

Anyway for a buck eighty, the durum I stored for the last year and a half can sit there until I get paid for last years. And if they miss the boat, too ****ing bad, they should have been thinking about it when they sent out "liquidated damages" letters for overdelivery when they knew then, they needed the durum.

They fine us farmers for over delivery and dont care.
They come up with useless intials that have no value. PS poor freight is almost higher. Come on. 4 is 4 2 is 2 thee is three a bushel. So what is this 1.88 BS.
They pst off farmers way to much on this file and now have the nerve to cry and blame us for not delivering. And cutting us off.
Well pay us a decent price off the bat and guess what ill gladly deliver. Play fricking games and i get pst and dont care. Since its all the other crops that make me money and CWB crops are fillers.

Now s/f your right on track, this is were farmers are truely getting screwed big time. All initials were absolutely frickin horrible - btw canola holding above 520, nice to see. We should all pay a visit to winterpeg - have a little meeting at the borg. But start by voteing those hardline supports out - once and for all. It is complete b/s what they have been doing since 2008.

Right on fellows. I've been preaching that for years. Been insulted by the CWB too many times to allow it to happen again. My number 1 and 2 durum can rot in the bins before they ever get it for anything close to less than a couple bucks initial payment.

Now lets start taking the same stance for all other crops and farm production when the market says that that sale of products are completely out of touch with making a healthy profit year after year.

25000 last years #2 Durum equals $215,000 paid to me.
25000 last years #2 Durum equals $44,250.00 Hm and they expect me to deliver to them.
Now this years is a 5 in our system but in USA would pay $4.10 but their grading is different than ours and would receive more.
So CWB supporters show me the money.

That's 25000 bushels shipped to ND and 25000 bushels through the loved CWB.

Not hauling 1 bushel of last years durum, under th A series. Not sure what will do on the B as of yet. They will not get a bushel unless the initial is set to at least 4.50 on last year stuff.

I agree the price for a #2 high protein better be $4.50 in my pocket then I will wait for the rest otherwise ps on them.

The day after the CWB left a message begging for my durum I cancelled my A series contract. I would suggest to every farmer.... cancel your A series durum contract... you have until Oct 30th.

When the CWB sends anything to me in the mail, I return it to them with a big F@#K OFF written on it.

You know you guys sometimes amaze me. How can some of you farm the acres you do and still be so dumb!!! As much as I despise the CWB, to cancel your durum contract is the most stupid thing to do. I actually cannot believe that you guys do not know that the CWB will always fill there agreements on there grain sales to there customers. IF THE TONNAGE IS NOT THERE FOR CWB, THEY WILL SIMPLY GO TO THE U.S. FOR DURUM TO BUY TO FILL THERE SALES. Once again the Canadian farmer has helped out the U.S farmer. COME ON GUYS WAKE THE HELL UP!!!!!

smallguy.... sorry you think I am dumb and stupid.... however I don't think you are stupid just because you are going to supply the CWB with grain at whatever price they will give you, if that works for you then great.

I sold 20,000 bu off-board for $4.00 last January and have about 18,000 bu left. If the CWB will give me only $5 for my durum for the 10/11 year, then I would rather sell it for $4 and get all my money now, or I will keep it until 11/12 and take my chances then. Regardless of any of this, I try to seed as little CWB grains as I can, and will continue to do so until the CWB is gone.
