Winter is here in East!

We pushed snow in yard yesterday had banks all over the yard wind moved lots of snow around.
So ground is now white and lots of snow on it.
Even with 0 to plus 4 on weekend it looks like this year is finally over.
Again not a great year for weather. Hoped to at least have November to do fall work. So now 6 months of white ground. Always nice when it doesn't snow till Jan. OK one can only hope.

Snow blew off fields, all in ditches, sloughs and yards! Just heard "SHNOOK" is coming! That means mud and water will show up, but who knows, last year first amount of snow was mid January. Will try V-ditch before snow melts. Perhaps wash up machinery. SK3 did you find a V-ditcher? Saw a new one at Wheatbelt yesterday.

It took me a day of welding to build one. It cost a fraction of buying one.

Ground is hard here... no snow to speak of. Spent all day yesterday re-hanging my quonset doors after that freak windstorm.

Chiseled everything here, was hoping to pick rocks yet but frack it, equipment all put away... At least won't feel guilty heading to the rig.
