Some huge producer tries to pass an unregistered variety off, gets caught, so he tries to sue the CWB. The CWB does not decide which varieties are registered that is the job of the CGC

So, its a variety that makes the cwrs standard and it makes flour.

Does the fusarium infected grain that the cwb puts a premium on for a select group of farmers and blends out perform the same way.

If they can blend fusarium out, more than likely they can blend this out as well.

          Its a pissing match now.

Unfortunately for the cwb, they have made a habit or at least set a precedent that they can move feed wheat into milling grades if they so choose.

If he has a case, should be suing CGC. If he is doing it for a pissing match, I have no sympathy unless there is a real error on the CWB part.

Maybe they should go after their seed supplier as well as the CGC the cwb is just the messenger, why shoot them?

Oh I almost forgot they are responsible for all the bad things in the world according to Angriville. LOL

Its the cwb that is making it difficult.

If they took the first 7500 tonnes, it seems it was the cwb looking to shit on someone. Especially if it had the cwb approval in the first place.

hudye is his own seed supplier, I guess he could sue himself.

It's assholes like Hudeye that screw farming up for everyone.

What kind of a douche would bring in illegal unregistered seed from the states, then try to make a out like the CWB pissed in his corn flakes.

Farmers should get together and sue Hudeye.

CChurch. Read back to Toms post

606/Granite is a hard red spring
registered in Ontario and the Maritimes.

                        Apparently 606/Granite is only good
enough to make feed wheat in western
Canada... even though in the US and
eastern Canada it makes perfectly fine
                        bread milling flour.

He didnt bring it from the US, it is a
                        registered variety in upper canada

What do you mean " It's assholes like Hudeye that screw farming up for everyone. "

Are you now worried about getting caught as well??

The cwb has just bypassed CGC standard on fusarium with their program.

They are taking feed wheat and paying some select farmers a premium for it by putting into a milling grade. While the rest of us blend it off.
