OOOOOOOOOOOOOKay - ummmm.... If there's AWB corruption going on as Anderson suggested then I don't understand why Anderson/Ritz/Harper haven't run with it really hard. It's a no-brainer and you have to believe that no political would get within a country mile of the CWB. If there's something there and these three have buried it then that in itself is a scandal and they've abandoned you. Either that, or there's nothing there other than a couple of juicy non-news stories.

As for Maurice Strong - he just sounds creepy.

      Cityguy,

      What is to be gained???

The whole climate change political/economic scheme hinges or these same principals.

When this much power... was in Goodale/Martins/Chretien/Strongs obvious sphere of influence... Canada Steamship Lines... Wheat... Iraq...

Thankfully these people are no longer in control...Please... lets keep it this way!!!

This truly is less about 423Main... and more about the halls of power in central Canada. The private complaint by the CWB about the AWB and oil for food... proves a number of things.

What's to be gained? The oil for food deal put the AWB out of business - literally. Lord knows you hate anything big L Liberal which is fine, but blindly allowing the current Conservative's to bury an oil for food issue hear is a complete betrayal of all the time, effort and energy you've put into this cause (never mind the $$'s). This is the way out from under the CWB if it is indeed true, plus it would bury the Liberals for ever - which is reason enough for Harper to dig hard.

If Harper doesn't go hard on this then I have to believe that there's nothing there on the oil-for-food thing. Sorry.
