Wasn't it just last week that china was bringing the whole thing to a crashing halt? Will that be tomorrow's story?

We're getting whiplash, but would sure love to see it go up a lot more.

China probably brought it down and then bought.

          High quality is short.

Its really too bad the cwb couldn't figure this out before they signed a supply agreement last June.

Very good run today, Oats is still way to low, I expect
Jan and Feb to push it well over $4/bu. The CWB really
has screwed up on Durum, they are pushing hard for
farmers to go into the pool because they have sold so
much low. Some good opportunities to fix prices for
next fall, I know it is very nervous for some with fields
still wet and lots of snow already, but these prices are
very attractive compared to last year.

RedRiver, is there a large buyer of feed durum south of Winnipeg? If so what prices?? I've heard of a farmer from our area hauling 300 miles(no back haul and no B train) to deliver there. Can't see how it could possiblly pencil out, unless the prices were terrific.
