What do you think about buying more ground?

We are thinking about buying some more land nearby. What are you guys doing? Seems like interest rates are going to be stable and we can lock in with FCC if we want. We should be able to handle a few more acres equipment wise.
    Thanks

They are not making any more of it.

Some have said lately its a better investment than gold because it pays a pretty good rate of return.

I bought a parcel nearbuy before harvest. Did not like to pay the price I payed for it, but all of a sudden guys are paying more. Also land rent is creeping up. More than glad I did it now. I can also improve it and not worry about looseing it.

Land purchased 6 years ago is sure paying off here. The what was supposed to be a new from Alberta family backed out or could not get loan for neighours land though. Was hoping to rent them a few quarters. The grain prices are still rising so good chance the farms will be sold.

How much per acre dak7? Sure would be nice to buy land for $1000 per acre again saskfarmer3. $2000-$3000 per acre here now!!! Hutts want it all, and will pay anything to get'r. A little part of me dies when an acre is sold to these rodents. The land is GONE FOR LIFE when a colony buys it!!!
