    two guys need your help...

I am appealing to all the fine folks on this my favorite site (just a bit of buttering up here) if you could all help a farming buddy of mine win a photo contest.

Its not the best photo that wins because this contest is a bit like "American Idol". Its not he most talent that wins but the most votes.

You can vote ONCE A DAY... EVERY DAY, till the contest is over on the 20th.

The two guys (wayne's) in the humorous photo are great guys so they are worthy of your support.

So I invite you to go to this site,

where you will enjoy all the pictures of course, but vote for "Wayne Ratzlaff's" photo!

Saskatchewan had a lot of rain this year and it resulted in a tough harvest that brought many a farmer to tears as you will see in these pictures.

As you can see in the photo the two Wayne's managed to take it all in stride.

Farming is an honorable profession that doesn't pay to well so its neat to see people who can find humor in every circumstance.

Apologize for highlighting all the pictures but worthy of a look. Perhaps why I hear stories of east Saskatchewan farmers wake screaming in the middle of the night in a cold sweat.

Think someone else has highlighted this site in the past but my first visit.

        I have wondered that myself.

You might notice that these guys stopped immediately. No evidence of spinning in front or behind the wheel. As soon as it dropped through the crust he stopped and called for help. Professionals for sure!

        Many hoppers dumeded half full.

I voted for him. I thought any two guys making out in front of a stuck combine deserve a vote. LOL

Hopperbin your comment prompted me to check out your choice and I am puzzled.

If wrecking something is what fits your criteria then your choice does not make any sense!!

But then... none of it does!!

These guys get kudos for NOT wrecking anything!!

                      No Wikileak here...
It shouldn't be a secret...when one thinks about it, this "Flaman" contest really isn't about the "best photo".

The winners, and rightly so, will be the ones who have drawn the most viewers to the Flaman web site.

This is no doubt one of their goals and of course the public awareness brought to the harvesting challenges that so many had to face this past year.

It is their great idea that has made this all a reality.

Remember...you can vote for Wayne's picture ONCE A DAY, EVERY DAY, for the next two days.
