Happy New Year to all AV'ers. You're a great bunch to coffee with every day and I so much enjoy logging on.

Have been travelling since 4 December so am glad to enjoy a New year's Eve Party at home, with a bounty to taste (perogi rounds are cut out!)and sip, and a houseful of friends coming to bring in 2011. May the New Year bring you lots of fun and laughter. Pars

          Happy New Year to all.

Made good on one Christmas present. Will be at the Flames/Oilers game tomorrow night. Torn as to who I should cheer for - a long term flames comtemplating going the dark/blue side.

Just to put Edmonton weather into focus. Currently minus 16 degree C(mid afternoon New Years Eve). Will warm up to a balmy minus 1 degree C tomorrow (new years day). Will be outside to enjoy the warm weather. Much better than minus 30 although all western Canadians will tell you it is a dry cold.

              Charlie,

Since moving to Killam there are now more Flames fans than Oilers that keep running out of oil!

Red and White is more 'Canadian' anyway!

Too much 'dark' humour in Edmonton as of late anyway!!!
