I cant stand a Poster like BTOfarmall, he is not contibuting to this site one bit. Note to Administration lets ban him if all are in agreement. After reading one of his posts today about degrading women I think this shoud be a no brainer. You have my vote to ban him. What do you think?

Why not just ignore him instead of letting him get a rise out of your responses and feed his ego? No response would be much better then we don't need special rules for a single poster.
By the way I would agree to ban him but probably not going to happen.

I'm for that resolution. Unfortunatly, he'll just return
under another name (or two). It is best to ignore him,
this much attention just eggs him on. I just find it
embarassing to all farmers everywhere. Really too bad
he lives in this great land of ours. Happy New year all!
You too BTO.

Somebody earlier said BTO was trying to
mimic Cotton.
I think he is trying to be the Howard
Stern of Agri-ville. He doesn't care
what he says as long as we react, I
doubt if he will be banned but we can
try to ignore him until he reverts to
Burbert and disappears again.
He is just a Troll with nothing to
offer. (it would sure be nice if the
forum was like newagtalk where an
individual can ban a poster from
appearing on his list)

Tom! You've got it! It only takes two signatures to have
someone committed for a two week assessment. We
don't live that far apart, I'm game. Maybe, just maybe
he DOES need help and we should be more charitable?

Absolutely no to banning someone - who are you guys to decide whether someone is allowed the freedom of speech? Will you ban posts by NFU members next? If someone posts stupid stuff it only reflects on them, if you don't like someone's posts don't read them. Freedom of speech should be unconditional in a democracy.

Grassfarmer,
Freedom?
Threatning sexual assult on folks daughters and life partners is illegal.
So is stealing our wheat:
"Private property rights do not conflict with
human rights. They are human rights.
Private property rights are the rights of
humans to use specified goods and to exchange
them. Any restraint on private property rights
shifts the balance of power from impersonal
attributes toward personal attributes and toward
behavior that political authorities approve. That is
a fundamental reason for preference of a system
of strong private property rights: private property
rights protect individual liberty." Armen A. Alchian

1. Agriville is not a publicly-owned site.
2. What fee do you as farmers pay to use AV?
3. What responsibilities do anonymous posters assume when Joe Dales is sent a letter threatening libel?
4. Is Agriville your privilege or your right?
5. Why do you think you should be able to sit in your office and dictate rules?
6.Do you believe in 'mob rules'.
7. Do you actually believe you have earned the right to, 'vote'?
How soon farmers forget about property rights and ownership. And how quick farmers are to tell Joe Dales how to run Agriville. Pars
